Accessible Appointments
Getting care should not be a barrier. We offer in-person appointments Monday to Wednesday and Fridays, plus telehealth (phone & video) on Thursdays and Saturdays.

After their initial consultation with me, many patients often have a moment of realization. It strikes them, perhaps for the first time in a while, that they have truly been heard.
This outcome is not accidental.
Growing up, I learned that not everyone has easy access to quality healthcare. This understanding greatly influenced my decision to pursue a medical career marked by attentiveness, thorough inquiry, and a focus on the individual rather than just meeting time constraints.
My medical journey took me from the University of Lagos, a prestigious institution for medical training in Africa, to England, where I underwent specialized training in family medicine. There, I earned my Membership of the Royal College of General Practitioners, a respected certification synonymous with excellence in British general practice. However, my commitment to the comprehensive practice of family medicine led me to further my studies in Canada, where I obtained my Certificate of the College of Family Physicians of Canada, a demanding and esteemed accreditation in the field of family medicine globally.
Through obtaining rigorous certifications in three different countries, I have consistently aimed to embody the qualities of a memorable physician, not just defined by qualifications but by the positive impact felt by patients under my care.
My Approach to Patient Care
I chose family medicine due to my deep value for building lasting patient relationships and supporting individuals and families through various life phases. I strongly believe that quality healthcare relies on active listening, empathy, trust, and a collaborative approach with patients to improve their overall well-being.
In my medical practice, I prioritize unhurried conversations that allow for a thorough exploration of your concerns without rushing through appointments. My focus is on treating each individual and nurturing a genuine understanding that forms the foundation for true healing.
My Practice and Involvement in the Community
At Parkside Family Health, I offer comprehensive healthcare services tailored to individuals of all ages, ranging from children to seniors. Whether addressing urgent matters, managing chronic conditions, providing preventive care or mental health support, or engaging in meaningful discussions to boost your health knowledge, my practice covers a broad range of services.
I take great pride in serving the communities of Runnymede and Bloor West Village, who have entrusted me from the start. I am dedicated to providing ongoing care within this community. Apart from medicine, my love for sports and soccer acts as a unifying presence, connecting me with the community I am privileged to support.
