Clinic Policies
One Concern Per Visit
To give every concern the attention it deserves, our appointments are designed for one primary health issue. If you have several things to discuss, your doctor may ask you to book a follow-up — not to turn you away, but to care for you properly. Please let us know at booking if you need extra time.
Prescription Policy
We follow all College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario guidelines for safe, evidence-based prescribing. We do not prescribe narcotics or controlled substances outside the scope of primary care. Prescription refills are best discussed during a scheduled visit.

We are committed to keeping our clinic a safe and welcoming place for every patient and team member. We ask that all interactions remain respectful and kind — this allows us to focus entirely on your care.
Missed Appointments
A $50 fee applies to missed appointments. To avoid this charge, please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. Your slot can then be offered to another patient who needs it.
